Soya pudding

946 ml soya beverage
3 tbsp. tapioca starch
3 tbsp. agar flakes
15 drops of stevia

  1. Dissolve tapioca starch in a small amount of cold soya beverage and set aside. Spread agar flakes on top of the remaining soya beverage and heat up.
  2. Add the soya beverage previously set aside, cook and stir until thickened, add sugar. When cooling, the mixture will become thicker.

Tofu Spread

16 oz de tofu ferme
16 oz. of firm tofu
2 tbsp. finely chopped green onions
2 tbsp. finely grated carrots
4 tbsp. finely chopped celery
½ cup of mayonnaise
1⁄3 cup canola or other oil
2 tbsp. sweet green relish
1⁄8 tsp. tamari sauce Garlic powder to taste
1 tsp. salad seasoning
1 tsp. parsley flakes
2 tsp. prepared mustard, salt, pepper and cayenne.

  1. In food processor, combine all ingredients except the oil and mayonnaise. Mix well and remove from the food processor. Add the oil and mayonnaise and mix well. Keep refrigerated.

Marinade

½ cup tamari sauce
½ cup olive oil
1
cup water
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 inch of fresh grated ginger
Spices to taste

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. You can marinate tofu or vegetables: carrot, celery, sweet pepper,
    zucchini, etc.
