Soya pudding
946 ml soya beverage
3 tbsp. tapioca starch
3 tbsp. agar flakes
15 drops of stevia
- Dissolve tapioca starch in a small amount of cold soya beverage and set aside. Spread agar flakes on top of the remaining soya beverage and heat up.
- Add the soya beverage previously set aside, cook and stir until thickened, add sugar. When cooling, the mixture will become thicker.
